چکیده
Plagiodera versicolora (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) is one of the most destructive pests Salicaceae worldwide, which has established complex interactions with surrounding organisms. Uncovering molecular mechanisms some antagonistic would facilitate development environmentally friendly pest insect management strategies. Suitable reference genes are essential for reliable qPCR and gene expression analysis in studies; however, a comprehensive assessment P. still lacking. In this study, stability seven housekeeping (including Actin, EF1A, α-tubulin, RPL13a, RPS18, RPL8 UBC) was investigated under both biotic (developmental stages, tissues, sex pathogen treatment) abiotic (RNA interference treatment, temperature conditions. The geNorm, NormFinder, BestKeeper, ΔCt programs were used to analyze data. RefFinder synthesis applied suggest handful appropriate each experimental condition. RPS18 EF1A different stages; stable female male adults, temperatures, treatment; α-tubulin RPL13a after dietary RNAi treatment. research provides strong basis future into biology versicolora.

Chrysomela scripta, Plagiodera versicolora (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), and Trichoplusia ni (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) Track Specific Leaf Developmental Stages
It is well recognized that host-specialized folivores prefer to feed on young in comparison to old leaves. However, the capacity of young leaf feeders to track speciÞc leaf developmental stages has not been clearly demonstrated. Using three insect folivores and two plant species, we show that nitrogen (N) fertilization changes leaf development and that herbivores track these changes in leaf dev...

Selection of suitable reference genes for quantitative real-time PCR gene expression analysis in Salix matsudana under different abiotic stresses
Salix matsudana is a deciduous, rapidly growing willow species commonly cultivated in China, which can tolerate drought, salt, and heavy metal stress conditions. Selection of suitable reference genes for quantitative real-time PCR is important for normalizing the expression of the key genes associated with various stresses. To validate suitable reference genes, we selected 11 candidate referenc...

متن کاملIdentification of Suitable Reference Genes for Gene Expression Normalization in qRT-PCR Analysis in Watermelon
Watermelon is one of the major Cucurbitaceae crops and the recent availability of genome sequence greatly facilitates the fundamental researches on it. Quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase PCR (qRT-PCR) is the preferred method for gene expression analyses, and using validated reference genes for normalization is crucial to ensure the accuracy of this method. However, a systematic valida...
